Surf’s Up is the cleanest, brightest, most organized condo that we have ever stayed in! The owners have decorated (both inside and outside ) to make this condo super cute and comfortable! Close beach access, bikes, kayaks, fire pit, and great porch make it perfect. Good communication with the owner…walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to get groceries and to visit other restaurants. We would love to come back!"

"Every Aspect Of Our Stay Exceeded Our Expectations!
From the accommodations, the amenities, the special gift basket, the beach access, the available recreational items (bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas), it was all 5 star. Communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch. It gave me peace of mind knowing what to expect ahead of time as well as knowing that someone was available if we needed anything. Location was great for local activities and restaurants. My family had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back!"

"Paradise!!
Awesome experience!!! Carol and Pete are prompt with responses and have taken care of everything you could possibly need for a trip! Very detailed directions for the entire process as well as directions in how to use all electronics, coffee pot, laundry, etc. the condo was extremely clean and updated. I loved the decor!!!. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and secluded, yet super close to the beach. We enjoyed the VERY short walk to the beach several times a day. Southern hospitality at its best. The people in the area are so friendly and welcoming which was a nice break from many other locations we have visited. We barbecued several times while there and enjoyed the huge seating areas out front and on the property. Thank you for the awesome gift basket of goodies and snacks as well as the adult beverages to start our vacation off. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you again for absolutely everything! Keep up the awesome job!! Y’all are amazing!"

"Great Quiet Get Away
We enjoyed our stay at Surf's Up. Our family had a lovely few days just steps from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was there so we didn't have to pack any extra. I loved taking the kayaks out on Lemon Bay and seeing all the aquatic wildlife. We'll definitely be back."

The cleanliness and extra thoughtfulness of the goodies was much appreciated. The condo provided everything we would possibly need and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "Perfection
We stayed 4 nights and loved everything about this place. We walked maybe 1/8 of a mile to the beach daily and used the provided beach carts, chairs, umbrella to get us and our stuff back and forth. We walked about 1/2 mile to the nearby restaurants and enjoyed music every night. The bungalow is quiet, clean and has everything needed to relax and recharge. Thank you for creating this place for us to enjoy!"

"Just Perfect!
We had the most wonderful girlfriend meet up at Barefoot Bliss! Very well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage just a short walk to a gorgeous beach, We felt like royalty as Carol, owner/ manager told us she wanted to make sure we enjoyed our beach getaway…so she had stocked the fridge with refreshments! So sweet and made the trip more special! There are kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas- everything you could possibly need for a wonderful experience! Could not have been better!"

"Our Family Absolutely Loved Sandy Toes!
The backyard patio is like paradise and everything inside is pristine and so well-kept. The beach is SO close, and we loved all of the beach gear provided. The paddle boards are so much fun! We found a ton of shark’s teeth and loved watching the sunsets. The fire pit also makes for a lovely evening, and the outdoor shower is beautiful and so convenient. Carol is so accommodating, and we would 10/10 recommend staying here!!"

All of their properties are first class and spotless. We stayed at a fourplex which was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The owners live nearby and were very accommodative to our needs and questions, not to mention how friendly they were! We had everything we needed for a beach vacation, and then some. We would highly recommend Beachcomber of Manasota Key for a truly wonderful vacation!"

"Class A Decorated Beach Condo
We loved, loved, loved this place. Huge 2nd floor plantation like balcony with dining area and Adirondack recliners with plush tropical view. The interior was a professionally done in Florida and “beach” decor. The owner’s equipped and supplied everything in the kitchen one could think of. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Quiet. The weather was wonderful. We would go back ourselves and recommend it as a place to go if you want to be well cared for."
