How do I reserve a property? What is the method of payment?

  • You can book right here on our website.  Just select a property, check availability and rates, then proceed through the payment process. We accept all major debit and credit cards from guests in every country through our secure, online payment platform.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can be made in accordance with our reservation terms accepted during the booking process.
    • If your reservation is canceled sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental amount will be refunded.
    • If your reservation is canceled thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount will be refunded.
    • There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of your arrival date.
    • Early Departure does not warrant any type of refund.

Do you offer Travel Insurance?

  • If you are concerned about the possibility of a last-minute cancellation or early departure, Beachcomber Property Management strongly recommends that you take responsibility for this risk and purchase travel insu rance.

Do you require a Damage Deposit?

  • No, we do not require a damage deposit. A non-refundable 'Damage Waiver' fee is included in the total rental cost based on the length of the rental period, which covers loss or damage by you or your rental group to our property or equipment during your stay. (Refer to Rental Contract for additional details). Please notify us immediately if any damages occur.

What time is arrival and departure?

  • Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m .

Upon arrival, where do we check-in and pick up keys?

  • There is no need for you to pick up keys. Entry doors have keyless locks and an access code will be provided via e-mail prior to your arrival.

How far is the property from the beach? Is the beach access public or private ?

  • Our properties are all within easy walking distance to the beach (less than 2 or 3 minutes). We have direct beach access through public right-of-ways, as well as deeded beach access from our properties.

Where do I park my car? Can I park my boat and trailer?

  • Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle (i.e., car, small truck, etc...) at all property locations. Vehicles are to be parked on paver, paved, or gravel driveways only. Parking on the road and in bike lanes is not permitted. Parking is not available for a recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, boat or jet ski trailer, or watercraft on the property. (Contact us for optional parking if needed.)

Do you supply linens?

  • We supply fresh linens in each retreat or bungalow. Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillowcases, and kitchen towels are provided.

Is WIFI and Cable Television provide d?

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable television are provided. The Wi-Fi username and password will be provided via email prior to your arrival.

Are bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards provided?

  • A variety of complimentary bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards are provided at all property locations.

Are beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas provided?

  • Complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach buggies are provided at all property locations.

Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and soaps?

  • A variety of complimentary starter items are provided for each rental retreat or bungalow. You will find kitchen supplies such as paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags. Bathroom supplies include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Once these supplies are used, it is your responsibility to provide any additional supplies needed for the remainder of your stay.

Do you have a washer and dryer?

  • Shared complimentary washers and dryers are available at all the property locations.

What items do I need to pack?

  • Casual clothing, toothbrush, flip flops, sunglasses, bathing suits, and lots of sunscreen!!! Plus, any other essentials you feel you might need.

What other amenities do you provide that I might want to know about?

  • Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

What kitchen and cooking utensils do you have?

  • We have all of the necessary items for the chef in your group to prepare a meal. Retreats and bungalows are equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, cooking utensils can opener, cork screw and wine glasses.  We also have a microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, and even a Keurig coffee machine  All the comforts of home!
