"Great Vacation Spot
We had the opportunity to stay two weeks at Majestic Palms in Manasota Key from 28 June 2024 to 14 July 2024 and loved every minute. This unit was exactly what we needed for two adults and one small dog. Everything you need is furnished and all you need is your suitcase. Beachcomber Properties is the place to stay and Carol was extremely professional, helpful and checking on us throughout our stay. We hope to return soon and hopefully Majestic Palms will be available. Be sure to check out the Beachcomber Trading Post/Restaurant while you're there."

We were only able to stay for a couple of days, but this property was exactly what we needed for the end of our vacation. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful! Just a short stroll to the beach or one of the fabulous restaurants for great food and entertainment! We will be back!"

"Wonderful First Time In Manasota
This was our first time in Manasota Key and it was amazing. The property was absolutely great! Completely stocked and every little detail taken care of. Carol, the host of Beachcomber properties was exceptional. We tried out their food truck at the entrance of the island and greatly recommended… early breakfast by the water with good food and coffee cannot be beat! We traveled with our beagle and we found there is a dog beach in South Venice (about 20 min away) and had a great day. We will back!"

"Awesome Cottage
What a wonderful cottage. This cottage is so clean and immaculate. The bed was super comfy and so was the sofa. All the little extras were surprising, such as soft drinks, and goody basket with treats were nice. Carol, the owner was awesome communicating with me whenever I had questions. She even was willing to have someone on the property help me get the kayak launched. I ended up not needing the assistance, but it was nice the offer was made to help me. I definitely will be back."

The owner, Carol, was wonderful to work with and the property and landscaping is beautiful. Our unit was decorated very nice and clean. We enjoyed the use of the bikes to ride and enjoyed the short distance to the beach. It was very relaxing on the beach to hunt for shells and shark teeth. The nearby restaurants and bars had amazing food and music daily."

"Everything Is Here For A Great Vacation
This is our 2nd stay here and we are looking forward to a 3rd. The property is carefully cared for with great attention to details, making sure all is comfortable, while providing all that you need for making a memorable vacation. All is provided for you to have a great vacation, you can sit at the beach with beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, towels, and toys for the kids, or use the bikes or kayaks that are provided. You can use the grill and well stocked kitchen to eat in if you want or go to several nearby restaurants. Highly recommend."

"Reset, Reconnect and Relax
This condo was perfect for my husband and I for a last minute trip. The check in process was super easy. Conveniently located to the beaches. We are in our 40’s so were able to walk to the restaurants which are around a mile away. Don’t feel like walking-there is a free golf cart shuttle that will take you and bring you back for tips. The snacks and drinks provided by the host were a fun surprise! So many great things about this host and property."

"Efficient Accommodations And Had Everything We Needed And Then Some!
We loved our stay at Paradise Palms. Although the room was small as stated, we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The space was maximized with expert design thoughtfulness. The outside of the room was beautiful with a sense of being in Hawaii as you walk through the grounds especially after dark when the landscape lights show the path. It was amazing!! We loved the food at the Sand Dollar and Landry's is always constant quality. We drove to the Stump Pass beach everyday which was amazing especially the water which was 86.5 degrees and felt wonderful. We swam out to a manatee that was just off the shore in shallow waters. We just relaxed and regrouped and that was what we hoped for."

"Weekend Trip
This was a girls weekend trip. The property and management/owner are amazingly awesome! The unit looks just like pics down to the decorating and cleanliness. We were very impressed with how clean it was and the fact that virtually everything you need is provided. The decorating is beautiful. The beds were comfortable, tv's in every room including the kitchen. The landscaping is beautiful keeping each unit private except for the shared fire pit and surf board shower. There are Washers and dryers available close by, chairs, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, everything you need for a great time. Also, just a short walk to beach access. I highly recommend, we had a great time, thank you, Sheryl"

"Fantastic Stay
Our family had a fantastic stay at this resort this past week. I will say even with booking this place, Carol, the owner, worked hard to find my family the right cottage and for the best deal. She immediately called me back if I needed to leave a message. She searched her properties and found us the perfect one. It was truly a wonderful place for us to have a vacation together. Trust me when I say that the owners have knocked it out of the park in terms of small details and personal touches to make your stay special. I cannot even name all the things that my family noticed that had been attended to before we even needed to ask. We stayed in the Royal Palm cottage and it was IMMACULATE. I am super fussy about cleanliness and this place was clean. The bed linens were very nice and the towels were great. All the things in the kitchen were new and gleaming. I felt very, very comfortable here. The beach is a short walk down the road and is absolutely incredible. I'm a native and know a fabulous beach when I see it. Each cottage is perfectly placed and the landscaping cleverly done so you cannot even tell if there are other guests. It is very private feeling and quiet. We cannot say enough nice things about this place and the owners. This was a memorable vacation for this grandma/mama and we will not soon forget our wonderful time here. Thank you so very, very much Carol. Stay here as you will not be disappointed. It truly is a resort feeling place and top notch."

"Wonderful Week At The Beachcomber
I never write long reviews but the Beachcomber deserves my time. We had an exceptionally great week staying here and hated to leave for Sarasota and a medical conference… We have zero complaints and nothing but praise. It looked very good on VRBO but was even better than expected and provided almost everything anyone could possibly need. So many extras are not listed and there are many. Beach chairs, beach carts, beach umbrella and a 3 minute walk to beach made it so nice and relaxing not to have to pack up the car. Shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and small toothpaste if you forget to pack, laundry basket, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and I’m forgetting more… In kitchen, Keurig with K-cups provided but also have coffee pot and coffee with sugar and sweeteners as well as coffee creamer. Drinks including wine, beer, pop and a basket full of snacks topped it all off on arrival. We are going to tell everyone we know about the Beachcomber! We have always loved Manasota Key but we will stay here from now on."
