Flip-Flop Retreat is a fully furnished home with an open concept great room, kitchen and dining area that opens into a backyard tropical oasis. The fenced in backyard oasis has a heated pool, large sectional for entertaining or watching T.V. under the stars and plenty of lounge chairs to hang out and catch some sun. This beautiful retreat offers 3 separate bedroom suites all with king size beds and one also has a pull out couch. Each bedroom suite has its own ensuite luxury bathroom. A laundry area with your own washer and dryer as well as a half bath. This property has so much indoor & outdoor living space...the perfect spot to create all of those vacation memories.

Currently, a construction project is in progress behind this property. Two homes are being constructed. Possible noise daily from nailing, sawing, machinery and construction equipment, etc...

"Perfect Getaway
This house was like a mini resort! It was perfectly decorated and had 3 large suites with private baths. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the state park was a short walk as well. It was great to have all the paddle boards, bikes and kayaks available to explore the area. We loved hanging out at the pool and patio area after a long day at the beach. We would definitely return to this house and loved everything Manasota Key had to offer."

"Flip Flop House
House was wonderful and we had a great time! Layout was perfect for a family get together of 6 adults, plenty of room and each bedroom was a suite. The house was very clean, decorated very nicely and had everything you could want or need and more. The backyard was great for hanging in the pool, grilling and watching football. A quick walk to the beach and the bikes were fun. Carol was so nice and answered all of my questions very quickly. We hope to come back again."

"Truly A Retreat!
We are already thinking about next year! We have rented beach properties for years and this one topped the list for many reasons. The house is so nicely decorated and furnished - anything you would need has been thoughtfully provided throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoors. I won't even mention the little details so that you can be pleasantly surprised upon your stay. The location was great. Beach access is just across the street. It's a small, beautiful, and quiet beach. Just down the road is Stump Pass State Park. Be sure to use the kayaks to paddle to the point - it was one of our favorite memories from this trip, and the gracious hosts made it so easy to use and transport (thanks for the how-to in the book). We had our two tween/teens with us and Grandma who enjoyed hanging out at the pool. Carol, thank you for the wonderful stay and for being such a welcoming host."

"Beautiful Home!
I have stayed at several homes over the last 10 years at Manasota Key and this is probably the nicest! It is decorated beautifully and is fully loaded with everything you could need. The backyard area is so peaceful and relaxing and great for entertaining. Carol, the property manager is very quick to respond to anything and takes care of everything. We had 3 couples and each room being a master with a master bath was fantastic. We took full advantage of the paddleboards and bikes. None of us wanted to leave! I would highly recommend this home if you are considering it."

"Awesome End-Of-Summer Vacation!
This house is amazing - exactly as advertised. My husband and I stayed with my parents and my daughter for 5 days. We each had our own gorgeous bedroom and bathroom and were able to spend a lot of time as a family both indoors in the kitchen/living room cooking/relaxing and outdoors by the pool and the beach."

"The Perfect Place To Relax!
Second time at this house , and we absolutely love, love it! The house is perfectly cleaned and stocked and decorated beautifully! It has easy access to the beach just across the street! The backyard is also our favorite little place to enjoy after the beach or in the evenings! They were super easy to book with and so so friendly! Would highly recommend!"

"2 Weeks Of Bliss
Flip flop was everything and a lot more. Every square foot had character and luxury amenities. All 3 bedrooms had grand bathrooms along with spacious storage. The location is unbeatable. "Just Perfect!
We love the house, the location, the ease of communicating with the host! It was our second time back here and it felt so easy to move in and get started on vacation. The bathrooms are just so nice and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor area has many options to hang out. We loved using the kayaks in Lemon Bay. It seems more dining options were available this year in the area. We had a great experience with renting a boat from Allure and a parasailing trip with Parasail Englewood. Can’t wait to come back soon!"

"Ultimate Vacation Home
Really cannot say enough good things about this property. Location was perfect for us. Steps from the beach in a lovely neighborhood. Backyard is a true oasis with plenty of areas to lounge, a pool and an outdoor tv! Layout was perfect for our family with three bedrooms and each with a private bathroom. Well- equipped with beach items, bikes, toiletries, it’s true that you can just show up and start your vacation. We definitely hope to return. Having rented in this area for many years this is our top pick!"
