"Home Away From Home
We felt relaxed and at home right away. This retreat is extremely clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to relax. The bay views were perfect to watch the wildlife, and a four minute walk to the beach with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and towels provided were perfect. Beach yoga in the AM, walked the beautiful beaches daily, rode bikes, rented jet skis, watched sunrises and sunsets, enjoyed the local restaurants, Thursday AM farmers market was an excellent find. Carol and Pete are wonderful hosts who pay attention to the little details that can elevate your stay … everything is well maintained and clean! I am ready to go back to Manasota Key, and will definitely rent here again!"

Our family had such an amazing stay! This spot is perfect, we watched the dolphins and fished right outside our doorstep and the beach was just a short walk across the street. Carol and Pete were so great, friendly and accommodating and we can't wait to book our next trip!!"

"Water's Edge Anniversary Stay
We had the joy of staying at Water's Edge on the bay front for our 40th anniversary! The unit was as clean & lovely as pictured & described. We had an amazing week! We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the bay & enjoyed short walks to the beach for hunting shark's teeth & swimming. Pete and Carol are the best hosts and made us feel right at home!"

"Excellent Location!
Was hesitant to rent this property because there weren’t any reviews but I don’t regret my decision. The place was very clean. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Kitchen is well stocked if cooking is your thing. Outside screened patio is nice to have breakfast in the morning overlooking the bay. Or have coffee right on the dock. Dolphins visited every day while we were there. The location is ideal! Short walk to the beach and at least 3 restaurants. No need to even drive the car while there. Borrowed the bikes and rode down to stumps pass which isn’t far. Anything you could possibly need for the beach was available to borrow : chairs, toys, boogie board, umbrella and even a beach cart to tote it. The owner lives on site so she was always available for local recommendations. Overall it was an excellent stay!"

"Felt Like A Brand New Beach House
This was our first visit to the Key since the storm and we were pleasantly surprised by the whole island! This Lemon Bay property felt essentially brand new. The whole property is just beautifully decorated (my wife must have photographed every inch for ideas) and well taken care of. The hosts were great as well! We'll be back."
